Earned, not given
Cigars for Work Promotions
Made partner. Passed the bar. Took command. Some career news deserves a handshake and a proper cigar.

Why it works
Careers Have Milestones Too
Promotions vanish into LinkedIn posts by Friday. A banded box marking the title and date turns career news into something a colleague hands you with a grin.
We run promotion boxes at every scale (one commemorative box for the person, a team run for the department that got them there) with bands carrying the new title.
Where it fits
Programs We Run
- Partner, tenure, and command announcements
- Team celebration runs
- Mentor and boss thank-yous
- Retirement send-offs
