Full Concierge Cigar Manufacturing Service
Most factories make cigars: you send the money and hope. We are different: clear communication and clear expectations at every step of the process, on every order.
Silence Is the Industry Standard. We Broke It.
Ask around: the most common complaint about cigar factories is not quality. It is going dark. Deposits vanish into a void, dates slip quietly, and the client finds out last.
Concierge service here is operational, not aspirational: a named contact who answers, expectations set in writing at each stage, and proactive updates when anything moves, including when the honest news is a delay.
