What Custom Cigar Accessories Do We Offer?

Cigar Co Lab offers a wide range of custom cigar accessories, from ashtrays, lighters, and humidors to cutters, cigar cases, and branded gifts. Our top accessory is a hand-poured aluminum ashtray with your logo. For custom lighters, we refer you to a master leather craftsman in London, or we find the right lighter with you through our trusted network. Each piece keeps your brand in view after the last puff, whether it’s the ashtray on the table, the lighter in a pocket, the humidor on the shelf, or the hat a fan wears.

Ashtrays, logo lighters, and humidors don’t require a cigar order from us, though each works best when it’s planned alongside your cigars.

Custom Cigar Ashtrays with Your Logo

Our custom cigar ashtrays are cast in aluminum from a design built around your logo, then polished to the finish you choose and laser engraved on the back with your message.

How our aluminum ashtrays are made

Every ashtray starts with your logo. No logo yet? Our in-house designers can create one. Next comes a 3D-rendered mock-up, a digital image of your finished ashtray, so you can see it before production starts.

Once you approve the design, the ashtray takes shape in six steps:

1. Printed. The design is 3D printed as a model of your ashtray, known in casting as the pattern.
2. Pressed. The model is pressed into fine casting sand, leaving its shape behind as the mold.
3. Poured. Molten aluminum is poured by hand into the recess in the sand.
4. Cooled. The aluminum is left to cool, then freed from the sand.
5. Polished. The ashtray is polished to one of several levels of finish, depending on the look you want.
6. Engraved. The back is laser engraved with a message of your choice.

Any shape and size is possible, so your ashtray can keep a classic outline or take one of your own.

The engraving on the back can carry a brand line, a club motto, an event date, or a personal note.

Custom Cigar Lighters

There are two routes to a custom cigar lighter. For a handcrafted leather lighter, we refer you to Bespoke Leather London. For branded lighters from our partner network, we bring you options and manage the order through to delivery.

We have referred a number of projects to Bespoke Leather London for custom cigar lighters, with very high-end results. The workshop belongs to Damien Moura-Delort, a master leather craftsman who runs it on his own. He can wrap a lighter in leather and emboss your logo on it.

Damien cut his teeth making runway bags for Louis Vuitton in France. He later moved to London and opened his own workshop, where he can create just about anything you want in leather.

For example, our founder, Paul Anthony, had Damien make him bespoke glasses cases in bridle leather, the sturdy, wax-finished leather first made for horse bridles. Each case has two snaps that allow it to hold a reserve cigar, just in case.

Custom lighters with your logo, chosen with you

For a run of lighters that carry your brand, we do the searching among suppliers we trust, and you make the decisions. Not sure what type you want? A torch (jet) flame burns hotter and handles wind better, while a soft flame is the gentler, classic choice. Some lighters ride in a pocket; others sit on a table in a lounge or office.

Here is how an order works:

1. We talk it through. You tell us the type of lighter you have in mind.
2. You compare three to five options. We curate them from that conversation, and each comes with a rough price, a timeline, and a minimum order quantity.
3. You decide. You pick the option that suits you best.
4. We mock up your design. You see your branding on the lighter you chose.
5. We run the rest. We handle the artwork files, the communication with the lighter factory, and delivery to the address you choose.

Lighters usually ship straight from the supplier to you. That is why our trusted network matters: it greatly reduces the chance of problems along the way. We keep you posted at every step.

Custom and Personalized Humidors

A personalized humidor carries your logo or design, and we manage the entire order the same way we handle the logo lighters above. You get three to five curated options with rough prices, timelines, and minimum order quantities. Once you choose, we mock up your design, handle the artwork files, communicate with the humidor maker (and, when that maker is in Estelí, make regular visits and conduct our own visual quality control inspections), and arrange delivery to your chosen address.

Custom Cigar Accessory Questions

Are your ashtrays 3D printed?

No. Only the model that shapes the sand mold is 3D printed. The ashtray itself is cast from molten aluminum, poured by hand.

Do I need to order cigars to get custom accessories?

No. You can order ashtrays, logo lighters, or humidors without a cigar project. If we’re also making your cigars, we plan the accessories alongside them, so every piece looks like part of the same brand.

How much do custom lighters and humidors cost?

It depends on the item, the supplier, and the quantity. Each option we bring you shows a rough price, so you can compare costs before you choose.

Is a cigar box the same as a humidor?

Not quite. A cigar box holds and presents your cigars. A humidor, usually lined with Spanish cedar, keeps them at a steady humidity with a humidifier, and many humidors also have a hygrometer to show the reading. Some cigar boxes are made to double as humidors, and we manage those as part of our box projects.
